Refund Policy

Refund window

We offer a fourteen-day refund period from the original order date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason — broken file, duplicate charge, the file is not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind — please contact us within fourteen days and we will process a refund.

How to request

Reply to your order confirmation email or write through the contact page. Mention the order ID printed at the top. Most refund requests are answered within two working days; refunds return to the original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Subscriptions

Cloister memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. To cancel, follow the customer portal link from any of your order or welcome emails. You can also reply to a renewal email within fourteen days of any charge to request a refund of that renewal.

Seller and payment processing

All purchases are made from RML VENTURES LLC (d/b/a Noble Soul), the seller and merchant of record for these transactions. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Square, Inc.. Refunds are issued by RML VENTURES LLC through Square back to the original payment method.
