Payment methods

Noble Soul (RML VENTURES LLC) accepts payments through our payment processor, Square, Inc.. Square processes the following:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover);
  • Apple Pay (in supported regions);
  • Google Pay (in supported regions);
  • Other payment methods where Square supports them.

The exact options shown at checkout depend on the buyer's country and device.

Security

All payments are processed through Square's PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Card details are entered directly into Square's secure checkout and never touch the Noble Soul server. Noble Soul never sees, stores, or transmits card data.

The site is served over HTTPS with a current TLS certificate.

Currency and tax

Prices are listed in United States dollars (USD). Where sales tax applies, it is calculated and added at checkout based on the buyer's billing details. The total displayed at checkout includes any applicable tax — there are no surprise fees.

Receipts and invoices

An automatic receipt is issued by email immediately after payment. Buyers who need an invoice for their records can request one by writing to Noble Soul through /contact.

Failed or declined payments

If a card is declined, the message shown at checkout comes directly from the buyer's bank or card issuer. Noble Soul cannot intervene in declines — please contact your bank or try a different payment method. A declined card is not charged again automatically.

Subscriptions

Cloister memberships are billed in advance on the same date each month. Cancellation through the customer portal link in your order email stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the paid period. See /refund-policy for the cancellation flow.

Disputes

If a charge appears unfamiliar or there is a billing concern, please write to us first at /contact before disputing through your bank. Refunds are issued within minutes of a request received within the fourteen-day window — chargebacks involve fees and delays for both sides.
